In August of 2005 our family made the move to Manitowoc from a suburb of Chicago. It has been an adjustment as with any move. About a month ago, I turned to my husband and said, “Are you happy here”, he paused and said “yes”. Me too.
We have three children and we love so many things that is not Chicago style living. No traffic, no lines, no fuss, no competing with the Jones.
I’ve been a bit reluctant about embracing all that is Manitowoc. I figure through this blog, I’ll be able to explore. Right now, the plan stands to talk about anything relating to living in manitowoc, being a mom, or just whatever – cuz – it’s my blog – see! You’ll be sure to hear about my opinions on food, shopping, events and things off the cuff. You won’t hear me talk politics it’s just not my thing!
